Our next EMS Stakeholder’s Meeting is scheduled for
Wednesday, July 30th at 7:00 p.m.
at the Gymnasium at the Andrew High School



Dear Community leaders and concerned citizens:

Will you join us?
You are invited to attend a Public Meetings hosted by concerned members of the Jackson County EMS association regarding the long term future of our county EMS. We as an EMS community would like to create a county EMS system thereby enabling administrative support to our volunteer communities, uniform continuing education and address community specific EMS needs.

Why are we conducting these meetings?
The purpose of the meetings is to:
• Provide an overview of the EMS System
• Review the current EMS situation in Jackson County
• Obtain public input from city and county leaders on community specific needs
Your participation is essential to improve upon our current EMS model and implement new state standards while focusing on a culture of competency where in we are community driven to ensure our EMS System meets the unique needs of our individual citizens.

Agenda
A meeting will be held at the Andrew High School Gymnasium at 7:00 pm where you can view an audio‐visual presentation and open discussion on the current state of our EMS model, future of Jackson County EMS as a system as well as direct input from our community leaders as to what their community specific needs are and how we as a community can formulate a system with our unique needs in mind. The project team will also be available to discuss the project and answer questions.

Who is an EMS Stakeholder?????
By definition, the EMS Stakeholder is anyone, and everyone, who has an interest in Jackson County’s Emergency Medical Services. This includes Township Trustees, City Councils, Mayors, Board of Supervisors, Board of Health, State EMS Bureau Consultants, Service Medical Directors, Hospitals that we transport to, Education facilities that we use, Fire Departments, Emergency Management, Law Enforcement, Public Health, and of course, you, the citizens of Jackson County.
